11.3 freebonus's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit freebonus's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.
12.1 You may close your freebonus account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (after deduction of any applicable bonus funds subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method.
